When you submit a purchase order of any myPhotobook.com.hk products, you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated in the order form. |

We will do our utmost to deliver products as per your order. However, under any circumstances when an order cannot be completed due to unforeseeable reasons, or a shortage of product supply, or delay in delivery or production, our company is not responsible for any loss that arise directly or indirectly. |

Our company will do our best to keep the product and pricing information on the website updated and accurate. Our company reserves the right to adjust prices and make any changes to website contents without any prior notice. The product prices are confirmed at the point of online transaction and as shown on the sales order confirmation sent to your email address. |

Our company reserves all rights not to accept any purchase orders. |

Once your order is confirmed, no changes or cancellation can be made. All payments will not be refunded. If the file submitted is incomplete or damaged, our company will not be held liable for any delay or problems in printing the products you ordered. |

You will be held responsible for all contents contributed and their legality. You undertake that you will be liable for any action taken against myphotobook.com.hk in relation to the use of your contributions for printing or publishing and will fully indemnify myphotobook.com.hk against all actions, claims, demands or costs that may arise. |

We do not store your order information or any uploaded files. You should always retain your own copies of all files uploaded or supplied to us for future re-ordering, or in the unlikely event of your submitted files being corrupted or lost. |

We reserves all rights to recall any products mistakenly delivered to the wrong customers. |

| Return policy |

myPhotobook.com.hk is committed to providing quality products and services. Our products are printed by digital commercial press and the quality cannot be directly compared with offset printing, and definitely different from the images shown on computer screen. |
| 2. |
We do not and cannot review all submissions, and are not responsible for their contents and any customer generated mistakes. Images and text will be printed as they appear in the preview. Please be sure to preview your books carefully before placing your order. |

We will repair or replace the products that does not meet with our production requirements, and our liability will be limited to the value of the order concerned. |
| 4. |
If you wish to return a product, please call (852)28661122 or email to info@photobook.com.hk within 7 days of the delivery date, and provide your order number, product details and the reject reasons. After we acknowledge your request, please return the product concerned to our office within 7 days at your own cost. We will assess the condition of the item(s), and at our sole discretion to either repair or replace the product(s) that does not meet the warranty or condition. |

We reserve the right of making changes to the return policy and terms and conditions. We have full discretion of refusing any return request, and reserve the right of final decision in case of disputes. |
